Your Element Is Fire

Your passion and emotion are as obvious as the brightest flame. You make sparks fly, and your passion always has the potential to burst out. Bright and blazing with intensity, you seem mysterious and moody to many.

Tonight, I hung out with some of the cast from Inishmaan, and as always, it was good times.We really have an awesome cast, and we all clicked so well, it's wonderful. We had dinner at Steak 'n Shake and went down to the City Museum, which is an awesome place. So got in for free too, because Nate and Chris knew people that worked there, which is awesome. Chris ditched Nate, Kelsey and I almost immediately and ran off with his girlfriend, but that's alright. The rest of us had a good time exploring the caves, going down the slide and playing on the stuff by ourselves.

The 18th is quickly approaching, and I'm so anxious about the opening of Inishmaan. Frankly, I want to see how people will react to the story. It's not one of the classics, so very few people, if any, will be familiar with the story. And the playwright is very influenced by Tarantino, so this isn't going to be some soft, light-hearted evening. This has been something that has been a part of my life since last November really, so it's going to be a hard experience to let go of when the show closes. It runs from the 18-22, which isn't a long time at all, especially considering how long we've speant wth it. Theater is always a personal experience, but I think this one is going to be moreso than usual. It's hard to believe it's almost over.
